cue The Aston Martin DB5

Half the James Bond actors in official canon have driven some variation of the iconic Aston Martin DB5. Count Roger Moore “James Bond” in The Cannonball Run, and I’ll allow that the needle moves firmly to “majority” side.

Either way, it was always gonna get its own Tag on this site.

However, nicely, the 007 car has managed to make headlines in its own rights with the outset of 2022. Headline on Robb Report, in a January 4 piece by Rachel Cormack, read as follows.

James Bond’s Long-Lost Aston Martin DB5 Has Finally Been Found After 25 Years,” subhead: “The iconic silver ride, which is estimated to be worth over $25 million, has been located somewhere in the Middle East.”

But, of course.
